KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES
Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Conduct boardroom presentation to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost effectiveness.
Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects.
Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customers enquiry, making appointments and after sales service.
Responsible to sell the products assigned from time to time.
Update all sales activities in the Sales Force Automation application.
Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 requirements and standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Studies / Sales & Marketing.
Minimum one (1) year working experience in the relevant industry.
Knowledge in sales and or IT/connectivity sales.
Self motivated and hardworking.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Team player who is able to maintain effective working relationship.
Able to communicate with all levels in an organization.
