Admin Office Manager - Alabang

The Office Administrator is responsible for the daily running and administration of offices and
its logistic support through the effective use of resources,
with responsibility for meeting office support service requirements of operations and enabling support departments

Qualifications & Requirements:
-5+ Years’ Experience with Facility and/or Office management.
-Post graduate / Graduate preferably Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics discipline from a recognized University
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proven ability to work in a crises situation
-Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and
-Proven ability to manage teams
-Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team environment
-Strong interpersonal / communication and group process skills
-Proven experience in project management and analytical skills application
