- Bachelorís Degree in any field
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least 2 year experience in technical recruitment is a must
- Preferably with experience in the BPO/IT industry
- Familiar with IT or Technical terminologies and programs
- Computer savvy and knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
- Skilled head hunter with strong motivation in meeting the requirements
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule including night shift
- Can start ASAP!
- Conduct end to end recruitment which includes, but not limited to: sourcing candidates, conducting initial interview, screening qualified candidates, negotiating with salary, and extending job offers.
- Support the staffing procedure of the company by ensuring a continuous recruitment of applicants with technical background and other requirement
- Successfully hire talented candidates prior to the deadline
- Coordinate and calibrate with US clients to align with the recruitment process
- Utilize different recruitment tools and develop strategies to improve hiring
