Plan and direct kitchen activities
Supervise staff to maintain quality and hygiene levels
Ensuring service runs smoothly
Sourcing, ordering, costing and inventorying of all food, supplies, wares and Equipment
Overseeing and assisting with food production tasks
Ensuring that quality and cost standards are consistently obtained
Kitchen administrative duties ˇInventory and ordering
The ability to inspire and mentor
Love to cook and be on the line
Be able to communicate clearly, professionally, concisely and respectfully
Record of kitchen management
