The position is the front line contact point to address and handle technical inquiries from internal customers.

a. Performs additional hardware installation and needed software upgrades;
b. Sets daily automatic Operating System updates to ensure protection against intrusion or computer virus as well as repair system flaws, if any;
c. Installs, deploys, implements, generates reports, investigates and troubleshoots necessary hardware and software applications based on project requirement/specification;
d. Provides direct technical support to internal and external customers and partners;
e. Performs troubleshooting and networking of hardware and software;

Knowledgeable in basic operations, network concepts and PC troubleshooting
Familiar with various window operating systems, office automation software and email applications
Having a background in website development and wordpress management is a plus
Bachelorís Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any equivalent
