Prepare and analyze complex reports/informations, provide analytics and insightful/auction able recommendation to improve end-end processes.
Manage day to day operations using Operational excellence methodology.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and related system to effectively perform responsibilities.
Manage workload to ensure even distribution or responsibilities and provide development opportunities when available, with assistance from supervisor or workforce planner.
Identify and assist development of support materials for team use and views database
Ensure that all of the client responsibilities occur in accordance with the statement of work and service level agreement with clients.
Identify document and review opportunities for team improvement in procedures, processes, standard to gain cost effectiveness and efficiency and execute implementation improvement
Perform analysis of quality audits, analyze results and develop process improvement to maintain quality deliverables
Required to direct work within clear budget guidelines.
College Degree holder
Experience on the following
Workplace Service/ Capacity Planning
Seat utilization tool( Centerstone)
Resource planner/Capacity planner in BPO/Industries( Real estate, Hotel, etc.)
