Our client a leader in the Service Industry is currently looking to recruit a Creditors Administrator. To assist the Fitment Centre Manager in managing the credit control function optimally and to ensure efficient and timely collections and adherence to prescribed administration practices. Afrikaans and English language is essential.
R12 000 CTC per month
Check the daily filing of invoices, credit notes, settlements etc
Assist with answering telephones, welcoming customers and helping on the sales counter
Check that all credit notes are accounted for and ensure that they are authorised and signed by client.
Check negative stock reports to ensure all GRV's/stock adjustments are processed to correct any discrepancies.
Compile productivity reports and take to Fitment Centre Manager for review.
Ensure all goods received notes (GRV'S) are raised and GIT (Goods in transit table) is cleared
Credit Control Responsibilities
All client credit vetting and credit application
Knowledge of the national credit act to ensure proper credit control
Responsible for the full spectrum of credit control and risk management activities
Follow up on all outstanding monies as per debtor's age analysis
Initiate and monitor legal action in conjunction with Group Credit
Reconciliations (debtors, A-Z, bank recon)
Collect all outstanding monies/cash
Manage and review COD's
Escalate issues and all non-compliance
Ensure all supporting documents is readily available to enable payment/collections
