As the company’s Marketing Manager, you will have the full support of the executive team to 10x the company from a sales and profitability perspective. You will be working directly with the CEO and Executive team.
•Key Outcomes Within 1st Year-
Increase sales by at least 2x.
Create a bulletproof marketing execution process: training, manuals, decision tree, metrics, and reporting.
Acquire & train at least 3 new members of the marketing team.
•Key Activities -
Understand & improve all marketing KPI’s (CAC, LVC, CPL, Traffic to lead ratio, CR, etc.).
Research, qualify, and uncover new marketing channels to x10 sales.
Audit existing marketing activities to kill or enrich campaigns.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Manage entire marketing team and consultants to meet or exceed quotas.
Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the market.
Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
Sourcing, hiring, and training of new marketing staff.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (Business/Marketing majors preferred)
At least 5 years experience in marketing management.
Fluent in english: written & speaking (minimal accent)
Adept with Desk.com, Google Apps, MS Office, and Social Media
Outgoing, engaging, and eternal optimist that brings enthusiasm with a ‘can-do, will-do’ attitude to work each and every day.
Demonstrates ability to be self-motivated, creative, and hyper-organized.
Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Outgoing and engaging with a positive drive that naturally cultivates win-win partnerships.
Extremely proactive with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
Adept at MS office, MS Excel, Google Apps; Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot).
Passionate about health, wellness, and self-improvement.
Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet

$500 - $1000: base, based on experience part-time or full-time. May qualify for bonus based on performance evaluation after 12 months.
