Revenue Generation is the Key Role Of Business HR
Business HR provide a vital link between clients and candidates (SPOC). The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
Convert candidates in house for the training cum recruitment programs run by the company.
Generate revenue from placing candidates and converting candidates to in house training cum recruitment programs.
Conducting job fairs, walkin drives and Campus drive programs in colleges to hire suitable candidates for both client direct placements and Internal training cum development program.
Coordinate with the clients to get the agreement signed and all related paper work regarding placements.
visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
developing a good understanding of client requirement, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment and source for candidates accordingly
advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
Guiding and managing the recruiter (who reports to the Business HR) in hiring the right candidate for the right position.
offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression;
Perform activities to control attrition rate of the candidates placed with the clients.
Provide replacement of candidate in case of abscond within 3 months of placing the candidate at the client location
working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
Make sure the collection from both the candidate and client is collected on time as per the agreement signed.
Bachelors degree or Masters preferably
Proficient With MS Office
Good Understanding in IT Technologies or IT Recruitment experience preferred.
Should have at least 5+ years of Experience of the HR recruitment process within consulting business/ RPO Model.
Proven experience in Handling a team and generating revenue.
Ability to work with targets
excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong communications skills written and verbal
Should be ready to Travel for business purposes
Flexible to work in a Start-up Environment
