• Non-native Japanese
• Can speak, read and write Japanese
• JLPT N1, N2 or N3 level
• With good communication English skills
• At least a Senior High school Graduate or College undergraduate
• Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Willing to work in Quezon City

• Respond to queries (inbound/outbound/non-voice transactions) with Japanese customers
• Resolve level 1 technical problems
• Determine malfunctions that continue to occur
• Follow up feedback from resolver groups
• Communicate with the user to confirm resolution
