- Preferably with 3 to 5 year working experience as an Operations Manager
- Exposure working in BPO Operations Setting
- Able to communicate and work with foreign clients
- Excellence in handle 30 FTE (team leaders, supervisors and agents)
- Knowledgeable in Outbound Calls and Inbound Calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication customer service skill.
- Willing to work ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and Monitor the staff and the operations
- Establishing individual and team goals and implement a plan
- Manage team leaders in meeting the goals
- Responsible to assist operations director in crafting operations procedures
- Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
