Japanese Service Helpdesk Dayshift

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound, and / or outbound, and / or non-voice transactions with Japanese customers
• Responsible in providing level 1 technical support
• Identifying the cause of reported issue
• Record and update the status received by the resolver groups
• Callback the user and confirm resolution
• Filipino - Japanese
• Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
• JLPT N1, N2, N3 level
• With Good English communication skills
• At least Sr. High School graduate or 2 years in college
• Customer Service experience is a plus
