Location: Mckinley, Taguig City

Requirements:
Proficient in written and verbal communication in the English language.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient computer and technical skills.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
At least a graduate of Short Course, Vocational, Undergraduate or Bachelors degree in any course.
Service Desk/IT Helpdesk experience is a plus but not required
Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to user inquiries such as triage and troubleshooting through call or email
Produce Quality Audit Report regarding weekly calls
Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management
Monitor actions to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services
Participate in managing the operational development of internal support services
