• Proficient in written and verbal communication in the English language.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• At least a graduate of Short Course, Vocational, Undergraduate or Bachelors degree in any course.
• Service Desk/IT Helpdesk experience is a plus but not required
• Can start ASAP
• Provide technical support to user inquiries such as triage and troubleshooting through call or email
• Produce Quality Audit Report regarding weekly calls
• Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management
• Monitor actions to investigate and resolve incidents and problems in systems and services
• Participate in managing the operational development of internal support services
