Position: Japanese Client Associate

Work Schedule: Day shift (8AM, 9AM, 10AM)

Relocation package for employee outside Davao
• Native/ Non-native Japanese speakers
• Proficient in speaking, reading or writing Japanese
• Must have Good English communication skills both verbal and written
• At least Sr. High School graduate
• Experience in Customer Service is a big plus
• Must be willing to relocate and work in Davao City
• Responsible in verifying the account information of the client
• Provide solution to client problems
• Prepare quality reports of transaction
• Responsible in sustaining quality feedback and coaching sessions with CSR
• Develop and, implements trainings to improve the system
• Handle quality check and file report to the management
