Suggest / Implement process changes to reduce risk of problems re-occurring. Keep process documentation up to date.
Ensuring processes, training and quality procedures are being carried out, improved and managed correctly.
Manage and coach team leads in their day-to- day tasks and will also be directly involved in regular audits and dealing with clients quality issues.
Fluent in both written and spoke English.
Data savvy, able to drive solutions through available tools.
Excellent leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring effective solutions.
Good interpersonal skills: able to communicate with people at all levels within the business effectively.
10 years working experience in quality role and at least 3 years in management role.
