• Main Center (Receiving / Routeing of Mails, Documents and Parcel)
• PBX Lines Downtime Reporting and Monitoring of Resolution
• Function Room Reservation / Setup and Beverage Service
• GSD Service Vehicle Reservation and Trip Coordination
• Parking for Visitors Reservation and Coordination
• Graduate of a 4 year course
• 1 year experience as Receptionist/Telephone Operator or Front Desk personnel is an advantage but not a must as long as she has good communication/telephone skills, smart and with pleasing personality.
• High customer service orientation
• Female, 21 - 29 years old.
