SUMMARY OF LIST OF VACANCIES:
I. CORE FUNCTION AND OBJECTIVES
The Sales Head accomplishes business development activities by developing and implementing sales programs and activities as well as manages the entire sales work force
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
Promote and develop sustainable relationship with customers.
Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of exhibits sales materials, and promotion programs.
Ensure competitiveness of product consistency.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
Coordinate with management on strategic planning and objectives.
Develop, manage, coach and lead a team to achieve all targets and business goals.
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales and or distribution.
Manage operations, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures conferring with organizational officials and staff members as necessary.
Handling and monitoring Distributors in the areas assigned to each staffs.
Ensure to have planning and Organizing Sales Distributors set-up.
Implementation of Sales and Distribution objectives and direction for the month.
Ensure attainment of Monthly target both Sell in and Sell out.
Ensure product placements and availability in the trade.
Ensure fast placement of new product in the trade.
III. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specializing in Sales and Distribution.
Knowledge in computer and know how to make sales and technical presentation.
With strong sales and management skill.
Well organized with sales planning and territory management skills.
High energy, self starters with the ability to overcome customer objections
