Job Description:
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Requirements:
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
• Can communicate in English
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree level in any course
• With experience in contact center environment is advantage
• Knowledgeable in using different computer applications like Microsoft Office.
