Quality Assurance (but must have experience in basic training/onboarding, coaching, and calibration processes)
Training via third-party consultancy firms (outsourced training centers)
• Knowledgeable in non-traditional training methods
• Training frontliners/retailers
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Publisher is a plus), MS Excel (tracking/reporting)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
