Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/college degree
Proficient in oral and written English communication
Must be able to make presentations and report them confidently
With excellent computer skills and working knowledge in MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint
Must be a team player with a strong personality and possess the values or honesty and trustworthiness
Preferably 1 to 4 years experienced employee specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Advertising, or equivalent.
Conduct market research and formulate effective marketing strategies to ensure our brands receive maximum visibility and perform better than our competitors.
Drive consumer understanding and insights that define our prime prospects needs, attitudes and values in order for licensees to have stronger and more impactful brand experiences.
Conduct periodical reviews of the brand, and analyze competitive, category, customer, and consumer trends to enhance the brands equity and marketplace performance.
Review channel and customer-specific point-of-purchase trade plans and provide feedback on consistency with marketing plan.
Develop growth targets, business objectives, and brand strategies for the brand and ensures that it aligns with global business plan.
Lead global brand planning process by developing and executing annual brand target setting and innovation review as well as brand strategy review. Brand champion will also participate in and contribute to annual brand operating plan reviews.
Monitor and ensure that Country Managers are selling the brand in their respective territory/ies.
Other functions which may be assigned by the President related to being a Brand Champion.
