Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service.
Assist with orders (Tracking and distribution information)
Answer and resolve costumer e-mails
Resolves customer complaints.
Tracks and monitor progress until complete resolution
Proficient in Vietnamese language and can communicate well in English
Bachelors Degree in Any field
Call center experience is an advantage but not required
Preferably applicants who are residing in the Philippines
Willing to work ASAP
