Apple is seeking an experienced U.S. corporate and securities attorney to join its Corporate Law Group. This position is based in Sunnyvale, California reporting to our Director, Corporate Law.

Key Qualifications:

At least 5 years experience at a leading law firm working on securities and disclosure matters and a broad range of corporate transactions
Prior in-house corporate law experience a plus but not required
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required

Description:

This role will advise on U.S. corporate and securities matters, including public company disclosure requirements, corporate secretary and governance matters, and transactional work. This role requires a highly proficient knowledge of SEC, Nasdaq and NYSE rules, as well as state corporate law. Additional areas of responsibility will include annual shareholder meeting matters, insider trading compliance, and audit committee support.

Education:

J.D. or equivalent with excellent academic credentials
