CALL CENTER AGENT position requires its employees to be on a computer answering customersí questions about certain products or services. This TRAVEL BOOKING ACCOUNT is created at its most BASIC form for people to hone their English communication skills and prepare them for greater opportunities.
-High school diploma
-College graduates or undergraduates of any course are also accepted
-Adequate information with regards to computers
-Good English communication skills
-Responds to arriving calls and replies to customerís inquiries.
-Direct and fix customer complaints
-Recognize and inform matters to immediate supervisors
-Record all data from calls according to the companyís standards
