-Must be amenable to midshift (4PM to 1AM) and amenable to shift from time to time to US Shift (9PM to 6AM)
-BPO experience in the past is highly desirable and required.
-Will be reporting to the US Director for HR and PH Director for HR
-Bachelorís Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or any related field.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience as HR Manager/Business Partner (BPO)
-Must have 5 years HR experience
-Strong understanding of Labor Laws and General Labor Standards
-Demonstrated experience in different areas of HR: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits
-Demonstrated experience in people management and conflict/dispute management
-Intermediate problem-solving skills
-Project management and implementation skills
-Must be keen to details
-Must be highly driven
-Must have high regards to integrity and confidentiality
-Must be a very good brand champion for the company
