-At least 2nd year in college
-with or without experience
-Social Media savvy (Knows Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
-Knows how and able to use English
-Amenable to work in shifting schedules

Job Description:
-Answer incoming inquiries and respond to customerís emails
-Manage and resolve customer complaints
-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
-Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
-Follow up customer calls when necessary

Open WEEKDAYS / Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
