-At least 2nd year in college
-With or without Call Center experience
-Good in written and communication skills
-Social Media Savvy – knowledgeable about Twitter, Facebook, and Instragram
-Amenable to shifting schedules
-Answer incoming emails/chats and respond to customer’s inquiries
-Management and resolve customer complaints
-Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
-Provide product and service information to customers
