Japanese Travel and Expense Coordinator
Location : Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule : Dayshift with weekends off
Salary : P60,000-70,000 (Negotiable)
Industry : Pharmaceutical (APAC Shared Services)


Native Japanese Speaker
JLPT N1, N2 and N3 passer
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Good communication skills
Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder

Ensure all travelers provide proper documentation of expenses.
Manage travel and expense profiles, preferences and accounts for assigned travelers.
Capable of handling confidential information.
Backup where necessary to the other administrative professionals in the office
Provide training on travel processes and tools as requested.
Ensure expense reporting is accurate, timely and compliant with specific client contracts as well as internal policies.
Manage recurring expense requirements such as cell phone reimbursements and corporate housing charges.
