Basic Job Description:
. Serves as a back-office support to Parent Company that is based in San Diego, California USA, particularly catering to Home Health and Hospice care.
. Acts a liaison officer between the Parent Company in relation to patient care and other home health/hospice related services.
. Monitor patientís overall status from referral to admission and until the patient is discharged from the home health or hospice services.
. Quality audits of patientís assessments and charting.
. Ensure accurate and timely Home Health and Hospice documentation.
. Provide technical support to counterparts specifically in using electronic medical records and accurate clinical documentation.
SALARY RANGE: 12k to 18k
