- Knowledgeable in TCP/IP configuration; Network (WAN/LAN/WLAN), VPN, RDP, and Internet services (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP and SMTP)
- Knowledgeable in PC Troubleshooting, Basic Network -
Troubleshooting (LAN and WAN) and MS Products (OS, Office) and other applications (AV, etc.)
- Knowledge on IT standards, policies and securities Strong servicing skills and presentation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and sort priorities
- Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision
- Good English communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Work experience as an I.T. in a BPO environment is a must.
- Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer Hardware or equivalent
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, MCP, etc. are an advantage.
- Willing to work in Imus, Cavite.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules.
- Full time position available.
