Responsibilities:
Handles complaints and concerns from tenants.
Relays request to respective departments.
Handles reservation of amenities/function rooms.
Welcome and greet all guest when they arrive at the lobby.
Confirms visitors and assists them to the elevator.
Escorting visitors when needed.
Assists in greeting transportation Service they need.
Handles guest incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.
Provides information to visitors and tenants.

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelors / College Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
Preferably fresh graduate.
