Position: Spanish- Portuguese Helpdesk Support
Location: Taguig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: P80, 000 (Negotiable)
Good communication skills in both Spanish and Portuguese Language
With minimum of 2 years in college
Preferably a computer literate
1-2 years service desk experience is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Experience in handling Technical account is a plus
Willing to work in Taguig
Can start ASAP
Provide appropriate resolution to technical issues/concerns
Handle, manage and resolve queries via phone and email
Handle first level of technical support
Troubleshoot system and network problems
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
