Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Responsible in handling voice and chat support.
Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts.
Creates and maintains reports about customer interactions.
Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve the problem.
Preferably Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field
Must be fluent in Mandarin, English and (both oral and written)
Must be computer savvy and good communication & outgoing customer service skills.
Must be able to work shifting schedule and public holidays.
