What is your responsibility?
- Provide a high quality and professional curriculum.
- Cultivate children to have an interest in studying English, help children to have great study methods and habits.
- Build long-term relationships with parents in keeping a high satisfaction rate with them.
- Follow the syllabus and lesson plans to provide high quality lessons to our students.
- Native English teachers who have:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Education and teaching degrees given top priority).
- Experience: TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required.
- Must be willing to relocate to China.
What is your experience teaching at our school?
- Student age range: 3-16 years old.
- Class size: 7-12 students per class.
- Class length: 1 hour per class.
- Working Days & Hours: 40 hours per week including 20 teaching hours and 20 office hours. From Monday to Sunday, 2 days off will be scheduled by school. Working time will be arranged between 09:00 and 21:00.

- Your compensation will include:
+Base Salary: USD 2300 - 2800 (RMB 15,000 - 18,000) * after tax
+ Housing: USD 318 (RMB 2000) allowance per month or school provided apartment
+ Bonus: Yearly - depends on working performance during the year. The areas concentrated on are: teaching quality, satisfied and Renewal rate.
