Japanese Team Leader
Be part of our team if you are;
• Can speak, read and write Japanese
• Good in English
• With at least 1 year Team Lead experience in BPO field
• With customer service experience
• Will be responsible for monitoring the quality of customer service each employee provides to their Japanese customers.
• Making sure that each member will meet the targets.
• In charge of conducting performance appraisals for her/his subordinates to maintain or improve their performance.
• Will handle escalations to resolve issues of some customers
