• Finished at least two years in college or equivalent
• At least a year of Call Center experience (Telco, Inbound/outbound sales experience preferred)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Amenable to work in Pasay City
• Can START ASAP
• Receive customer concerns over the phone/email/chat
• Process sales and address inquires related to sales, services and consumer products through inbound and outbound calls
• Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
