We now have an exciting opening for an ambitious Apprentice Telephone Recruitment Consultant for our head office in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our leading recruitment team to assist sourcing candidates.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team within our call centre, assisting in the recruitment of professionals for some of the leading companies within the UK.
Your Job Role -Using our bespoke systems you would be speaking with suitable candidates who are interested in new job position, assisting them find a better new job.
The position would suit applicants with who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience and develop various skills and a career. This excellent job offers a basic wage and bonuses.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are closed on all bank holidays
You could complete either a customer services level 2 or level 3 NVQ or a business admin NVQ level 2 or 3. The course typically takes between 12-18 months to complete depending upon your previous qualifications.
We are willing to the pay from National Minimum Wage up to £15PH plus £100-£150 performance bonus per deal.
