Job Description:
· Responsible for managing and maintaining Quality Management System, Document Control, External and Internal Quality Audit in the company.
· To Establish, implement and maintain documented quality system, procedure and instruction in accordance to IATF16949 or equivalent International Quality System requirements and Customer Requirements.
· Plan, coordinate and carry out Internal Quality Audit and ensure all corrective actions are implemented to resolve any issues.
· Regularly review the quality system for continuous improvement
· Support and coordinate for all external quality audits and assessment in the company.
· Responsible for reporting Quality System performance to Management for review and improvement.
· Responsible for Document Control Center in the company.
· To carry out any job related assignment assignee by superior.
Requirements:
Degree in electronic / electrical / science or related working experience in IATF16949 Quality System.
Knowledge of IATF16949, VDA6.3 quality system and 5 core tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and APQP
Able to communicate well with all level of employees.
