Handling Call Centre functions
Assist in any admin job assigned
Handling enquirers via phone calls & emails / reporting and achieve the agreed service level
Ensure call centre service quality and customer satisfactions are achieved consistently
Deliver effective quality call/email and business etiquette
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Willing to work in Melaka and able to commit to 1 year contract.
Good typing skills and attentive to details.
Good accounting knowledge is advantageous.
Required language(s): Chinese, English.
