0799543 BC Ltd. dba Balkana Bakery situated at 108-33403 Maclure Road, Abbotsford, BC is hiring Production supervisor - food and beverage processing for full time and permanent position.
Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production, baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries, and other bakery products
- Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Trains new workers.
- Ensure production schedule is followed in assigned production area and report/address any deviations in a timely manner
- Supervise production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products, preparing shift reports
- Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and ensure employee compliance with standards
- Prepare production and other reports
Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school is usually required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 2 years or more as a Production supervisor is required.
Wage: $27.50/hr
Language: English
Work: 40 hours per week
