Manages Customer Complaints and acts as the liaison person in relation to all Customer Complaints or through Sales team
Manages all quality related issues
Handling of all Regulatory requests
Maintenance of the ISO 9001 and HACCP certification
Ensures compliance to Health, Safety & Environment for safe working environment which include requirements of ISO 9002, 14000 and HACCP by all production employees.
Ensures monthly QA/QC reports are prepared
Bachelor Degree (Analytical Chemistry /Chemistry / Plastic Technology /Polymer Technology)
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC activities.
Knowledge on Analytical Equipment (HPLC, GC, DSC, FTIR and etc.).
IT literate (SAP is added advantage).
Knowledge on ISO & standards.
