Responsibilities:
Manages the request from the clients
Coordinates communication among support staff and systems staff
Coordinate with other departments to solve problems regarding operation.
Check the problems which occurs during operation
Reassignment effectively the incidents and tasks that were not completed during the day
業務内容:
クライアントからのリクエストに対応する事
サポートスタッフとシステムスタッフの間のコミュニケーションを円滑にすること
オペレーションに関連する問題を解決するために他のチームと協力する事
オペレーションにて発生した問題をチェックする事
その日に終了しなかったタスクを処理するための日程をつくること
