- Answer account management concerns of business emails
- Help set up the account of the client
- Checking if the requested domain is still available
- Explain payment options in buying domains
- Set up customer email account on their workplace and devices
- Provide trouble shooting of email set up
- Answer any concern about signing in or password change
- Assist customers in registration for live seminars
