Responsible to manage and oversee Operation Team to perform customer service activities including order fulfilment, sales support and to ensure orders distribution in accordance to Customer requirements and satisfaction
To manage and lead Operation Team on daily operation issues.
Ensure smooth and efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers
To work closely with internal departments to maintain proper logistics activities.
Liaise with Insurance company in case of damages and losses of local and export shipments
To co-ordinate Customer Complaint investigation on Operation Issue.
Support Sales Team after sales / orders has been concluded
Liaise with production department on stocks availability
Arrange of shipment for delivery
Shipment arrangement & processing
Diploma / Degree holder in related field i.e : Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics etc
Preferably specializing in Logistic / Supply chain management.
Min 3 to 5 years working experience in Customer Service, Shipping Operations or Logistics
Good Personality, able to communicate with all level of personnel and good co-operation
Requirement Language : Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
