Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual pizza, dishes, foods
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean and organize kitchen and work area.
• May determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with Boston Pizza recipes and assembly manuals and charts.
