Job Description:
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers
- Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours
- Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise
- Sell, service, and promote wireless products to customers
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
Employment requirements:
-Secondary education is required
-Less than1 year relevant experience is required
