The Corporate System IT Group is responsible for the development, management and support of the firms Finance, Treasury, Compliance and HR Applications. This also includes the development, delivery and deployment of new systems, technologies and services. The group provides a dedicated development and support capability working closely with businesses to understand and deliver their particular technology needs.
As part of the team, youll work actively with HR business users and other development teams to design, develop, enhance and maintain the HR applications and system integration under HR vertical within Corporate IT.
Perform business analysis and co-ordinate with vendors/internal IT on all HR development
Manage vendors, consultants, users, internal staff and stakeholders
Work closely with HR business process owners, vendor delivery managers and internal IT on project deliverables
Ensure the project governance model strictly adheres to the firms policy
Ensure the scope of the project is maintained against our original requirements and the consultants and internal IT deliver as per the agreed scope
Manage all HR change requests
Represent the project at all Project level meetings and provide the relevant project documents to be discussed at these forums
Hands-on support of SAP Hong Kong Payroll module
Essential Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of functional business analysis/project management experience in HR-related projects
Familiarity with HR IT solution delivery processes
Strong SAP HR functional skill set
Clear and confident communication style verbal and written
Ability to challenge/guide implementation consultants and users
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Information Technology background
Proven track record in must-not-fail projects with tight deadlines
Solution-oriented with proven results in situations of minimal supervision
Self-starter and multi-tasking
Ability to communicate with regional teams in English and Mandarin
Preferred Skills, Experience and Competencies:
Knowledge of SAP HR ABAP is a big plus
Completed at least 3 full SAP HR implementation
Hands-on experience with SAP HR Hong Kong Payroll module
Exposure to Distributed Systems Architecture
Certified SAP HR Functional consultant
