Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc.
Ensuring high quality service
Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements
Liaise with the respective HR to ensure operational process excellence. Provide reliable reports and data to HR when required.
Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision
