Position: French Electronic Helpdesk Support

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set-up: Work from Home until further notice (Might work in the office if needed)

Requirements:
Proficient in French and English language both verbal and written
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives/industrial control
Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related field is a plus
Willing to be flexible and can work onsite if the job needed
Responsibilities:
Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment and Industrial Controls
Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration
Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services
Providing assistance and usage of some specific softwares
Ensure to provide navigation for proper application set up
