Requirements:
Proficient in speaking, reading & writing German
Open for Native and Non-Native German Speakers

Responsibilities:
Assists customers in installation and implementation
Interpret instructions and issues and implement actions according to company policies and procedures
Performs other job-related responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Manager/Supervisor
Ensure that requests are met in a timely and professional manner
