Position: Mandarin Events/Project Manager
Location: Makati City (Temporary Work from Home)
Salary: P120,000 - P150,000

Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing team on Venue Operation' and respective project teams in the execution and development of the assigned projects as well as sales promotion.
Able to communicate with sales & marketing department and manage a calendar of events, be responsible for internal coordination to ensure deliverables and programs meet schedule and budget, create event proposals that fit client requirements, and present proposals by deadline.
Work, monitor, and supervise based on KPI and the performance of vendors, stand
contractors, freight forwarders, utilities, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Assign project tasks and track progress by providing project monitoring and evaluation report;
Plan project cost management, execute cost control, issue profit projections, and monitor the overall operation through a detailed reporting structure;
Create and implement project process via flowcharts, and ensure compliance with the set standards;
Control, manage, expand, and monitor Vendors, Contractors, and Suppliers;
Ability to plan a budget and control costs for the benefit of the Company and the Client;
Make and maintain high-quality decisions to advance the business and increase profits;
Send out exhibitor bulletins and handle their inquiries properly;
Pay visits to exhibitors for pre-show briefing with respective sales if needed;
Work with the Sales team and customer service manager in putting together the touch points' enhancement plan for each event;
Coordinates exhibit's entertainment music, lighting, backdrops, and other physical arrangements;
Provide administrative support to show the team including on-site support as assigned;
Requirements:
College graduate, at least 5 years of managerial experience
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Written and Spoken)
Experience with large-scale exhibition display management;
Knowledgeable of both Microsoft Windows apps, Autocad, and other office equipment
Can travel to different countries
